What Causes Neck Pain, Back Pain, Headache And Lump On Neck?

Hi, im Hannah, and i have been noticing neck and back pain, but today i found a lump on the right side of my neck. It pretty much right above my clavicle but there is a good inch separating the lump and the clavicle. It hurts to touch it and i can sometimes feel my pulse. I have also had headaches but not severe headaches for the past couple days.
Do you have any ideas of what this could be?
