What Causes Neck Pain, Tingling In Arm/hand And Numbness In Jaw?

i am a 23 year old female. i have had pain on the left side of my neck, left arm/ hand tingling and numbness in my jaw for the last 3 months. yesterday i had a headache start in the back of my head, move into my eyes and then numb out my jaw. i have also had nausea and dizziness occurring for the last 2 weeks. i started my period today and the blood, which is usually bright red was tinged orange.
