What Causes Neck Pain While Swallowing And Chest Pain While Breathing?

I started having pain in my neck when I swallow, not inside the throat, now if I take a deep breath there is pain in the chest, more like muscle pain. My blood pressure is a bit elevated as in my heart rate, 77, 137/67. The pain increased when I laid down

there could be thyroid swelling, lymph node swelling due to some infection and inflammation or mediastinal mass that could be interfering with swallowing and breathing that is causing chest pain and neck pain.
it is better to get examined by a physician to make the definitive diagnosis and treatment.
