What Causes Neck Pain With Light Headedness?

i am having lightheadedness from last 5 days and at times i feel i may faint or pass out, in parallel to this i am having back pain...can you please give me some advise about this.....i visited emergency in last 5 days two times and they were not able to diagnose the reason.....
