What Causes Neck Pain With Muscle Stiffness And Skull Pain?

hi doctor i am working as a IT engineer for past 2.5 years and i am facing neck pain for past 2 years. my muscles are not ready to stretch, specially i feel pain at skull and neck joint upto shoulders. i have done with MRI its shows every thing fine. i gone to remeto specilist ,we not found any cause out of that also. but still pain is there.
