What Causes Neck, Shoulder, Wrist And Hand Pain With Lack Of Strength?

I started with a neck pain, then the pain went to my right shoulder. After that the pain went to my right risk and then both of my hands. Now i don't have much strength in my hands and my neck still hurts. I can't turn my head to the right or left. When im sitting down then i get up i feel this pain in the sides of my forehead. It's been a week since i started with this symptoms. I've tried ice and massage but it doesn't work. Can somone please help me find out what type of illness i have?!
