What Causes Neck Stiffness,headache And Back Pain?

I am concerned that I have meningitis. I have some neck stiffness that started thursday and has become less severe, a fever around 102 and rising when i'm not taking tylenol (fever started friday night), severe headache only for a few seconds after standing and only on one side of my head at a time, severe lower back pain which is unusual, and a productive cough. No nausea and only mild photophobia. I have no insurance so I only want to go to the doctor or hospital if I must, since my husband just got laid off. what do you suggest? Do you think I have meningitis?
