What Causes Neck Stiffness,headache And Dizziness?

Hi,

I was wakeboarding the other day and I took a few falls into the water. I felt ok but when I woke up the next morning my neck was stiff, I had a headache and I felt a little light headed. I thought it was just because of the falls and possible whiplash. I feel fine now but still get occasionally light headed. I was wondering if it would be anything serious. I had a compression fracture in my neck almost 7 years ago but I don’t have any pain in my neck. I might be paranoid but just checking.
