What Causes Neck Tightness, Headaches, Dizziness With Night Sweats?

from last two day when i went for sleep i feel that room is moving for 3 second or less frequecy is not high then i removed pillow , i feel comfortable
but today only when i return from office i feel little tightness in my neck and feel headeche little i worked for more then 2 hours in same postion i m asstt professor in managemnet college this first time i exp in my life i feel sweeting during my sleep when i take turn this thing happen two times.plz let me know to whom should i concern ortho or neuro
