General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Since the pregnancy tests you have taken are negative, delay in periods could have been caused due to hormonal imbalance.

Kindly get your blood checked for the following:
1. FSH and LH levels.
2. Thyroid profile.

Also, kindly get an ultrasound scan of abdomen done.

Consult Obstetrician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
