What Causes Negative Pregnancy Test Results Despite Experiencing Pregnancy Symptoms?

I have took 3 pregnancy test with only 1 positive. I had a blood test the end of last month. I have sore breast that have gotten bigger. Stomach has grown. Eating and hungry way more than ever. Dizziness, nausea, sometimes vomiting, no period, exhaustion, wider hips, stomach/hip/low back pain. I would guess I should be about a month along but don’t understand why the test are still saying negative when I have all the symptoms

The symptoms of early pregnancy are very similar to those of premenstrual syndrome. To be certain you can take a pregnancy home test at least five days after the expected period day. For better and earlier results you can do B HCG test done in hospital.
