What Causes Negative Pregnancy Tests And Having Symptoms?

hello doctor,
i've been trying to get pregnant for almost a year now..this time i do have some pregnancy symptoms and hence did an HPT on 13th aug with clearblue digital which showed by pregnant. later after 2 days i went to get a confirmation from doctor,who did a blood test and told me that its negative. I'm still getting some symptoms. can you please advice what to do ?

There are many other cause for rise in HCG fraction in blood/urine which is usually detected in pregnancy test for its confirmation.
So, if the test done by a doctor is negative then please consult a gynaecologist for examination and further investigations to find out the cause for delayed/missed periods.
