What Causes Nerve Pain In The Right Leg While Having Diabetes?

I am having muscle pain nerve pain right leg my blood sugar level is 125. I just thought it could have been high this pain has been occurring since a slight fall on or about Oct,7th . I have not had a MRI but had an x-ray . YYYY@YYYY I have MVQ/Reassurance HL SERVICE.

First take B-12 injection 2ml 4 times weekly then once a week for 30 days and then once a month for maintenance.It is due to neuritis pain ,so nothing to be worried at all.
