What Causes Nerve Pain, Numbness And Tingling With Muscle Spasms?

Nerve pain, numbness, tingling, muscle spasms (all over) extreme fatigue, weakness, joint pain, foggy thinking. I ve been having these symptoms for several weeks. Do these symptoms suggest that I may need to be referred to a neurologist? I do not have DM, or any other known disease.

Firstly a general physician should be consulted who may do physical check up and ask for few blood tests,urine test .Later on, if diabetes or metabolic disorders get rule out then may be he may suggest for specialist
