What Causes Nerve Twitching On Face And Giddiness?

i m 38yrs old female with no particular dissorders so far. i have a 12yrs kid. i had a normal delivery only. so far i have not taken any medication, nor any treatment. As of now my BP and blood sugar levels are in normal limits only. Now for the past few months i m having a nerve vibration or in other words nerve beating in my face, over nose, over eyelid, arms, fingers etc. At times when this vibration is there i have giddiness for a second. And my forehead is paining when i get up in the morning but i dont take any medicine for my headache. it gets settles on its own. what it would be? what treatment should i take?
