I get frequent knots(i identify it with that "tuk" sound) in various parts of my body including my head. I feel as if my nerves are weak. I am very tired and lazy thro'out the day. When i massage my head, I get instant relief but only for a very short time. I must admit that I'm not having enough sleep everyday ever since my delivery a year back.
