What Causes Nervousness And Panic Attacks After Smoking Marijuana And Nicotine?

Hi I m a very sensative person and I usually like to smoke marajuana and nicotine to calm even though it gives me an initial rush but now I feel worse panic after smoking and then feel the need to slow my heart down but in trying to do that I get even more nervous and it s making me panicky I can and will stop but just weird because usually the herb helps me
