General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
To work throughout a day and have fever in the night is realy a condition to be concerned of.Such night fever can arise from-
- generalised weakness/anemia/allergy
- psychological/physical stress-over exertion.
- Exposure to heat,
- subclinical infection due to virus/bacterias which are realised/manifested when body is at rest & our immune system can act.
* Consult your physician, get physically examined, investigated,to be followed by specific treatment.
Thanks
