What Causes Night Sweating, Whiplash Injury Pain With Fatigue?

Hi I had bloods done last Oct for fatigue. All came back normal except low lymphocyte and I was told to do a repeat blood in three months which i did two days ago. I have been looking at the web and realise i have a lot more symptoms like profuse night sweats and days too really. I have chronic pain from whiplash injury so don't sleep well in any case. but the fatigue is overwhelming now and I sleep the moment I sit. Your thoughts
