What Causes Night Sweats And Backache?

I have been having night sweats for the past two weeks and am going on night four of not sleeping. I get about 20 to 30 minutes of sleep that I am still aware I m awake but having shallow dreams then I cycle back trough it again hours later. The sweats only happen when I m lying down. Soon as I move around such as get up and walk or sit up and stretch because my back hurts I get suddenly cold.
