What Causes Night Sweats And Palpitation After Nerve Block Shot?

Yesterday at 10:00am I had a procedure on my back - nerve block injection. When I got home , I went to be bed for about 4 hrs . I got up wet from a fever. I was up and about .. no fever. About 6:00pm I noticed that my heart beat was at 112 bpm. I called the Doctor but no call back. I went to bed at 11:00pm. Got back up at 3:00am and still have a heart beat of 112 bpm. Should I wait till Urgent care opens in the morning ,or should I go to the E.R. now?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you do not have any clinical symptoms apart from the heart beat that is you noticed high in rate, then it is nothing to worry, if you go on reading the heat beat on your own then it will shows increased rate and it is not the indications of any disease, you will have to go for cardiac evaluation tests as long as the heart rate are concern, else it is nothing to worry no need to go to ER hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
