What Causes Night Sweats , Chills And Mood Swings?

I m 44 had my tubes tied and burned the last time I had my child almost 5 years ago. My period has been right on every month. Heavier since I had my 1st child and this past year I started experiencing night sweats and chills and moody. I missed my period this month could it be menopause or pregnancy.

Usual age of menopause is around 50 years. But menustral irregularity are common. Delayed periods could be related to hormonal changes.
