What Causes Night Sweats, Fatigue, Severe Chills, Tremors And Blood In Urine?

My 62 year old husband has night sweats, and breaks out in severe chills about the same time every afternoon. Chills so bad he shakes violently. No rash. No fever. Has fatigue. Went to the doctor and we are waiting on test results. Tests did show blood in his urine.

Hello,

Showing blood in the urine together with fever and chills can make me suspect of him having a urinary tract infection or kidney infection.
He may need to do a urine analysis and uroculture.
Also he can do an ultrasound.
