What Causes Night Sweats, Insomnia, Discomfort In Lungs And Dizzi Spells?

Haven t been feeling well generally . . .used to exercise daily and now I can only mange maybe twice per week. I m having severe night sweats, loss of sleep and feel like my lung are full and heavy. Extremely low energy and when I come home from work I m exhausted. I do smoke two packs week. I m also having dizzy spells. This is interefering with my work and I haven t been able to get to work the las few days. I am current on estrogen and progesteran low dose.
