What Causes Night Sweats, Joints Pain And Dizziness?

I have been having some weird symptoms over the past 6 months, night sweats, joint pain, esp in the knees. I went top the dr. And they ran a bunch of tests, all normal. Over the past 3 -4 weeks I have been feeling strange, kinda drizzly, lightheaded, and have had a couple mornings where I have woke up and my eyes could not focus for about 1 minute - room was spinning. Not even sure which type of dr. To go and see. Thanks

Your age and weight and sex should be important here.joints pain, stiffness suggests many things like arthritis.Have your blood pressure recorded properly.may be you are hypotensive.Do you have any other condition like hypertension, diabetes? For joints pain its best to visit a rheumatologist, they will check RA factor and few more things, and further treatement ll be carried out.If the pain is specifically in knees,if you are above average weight then consider reducing weight by exercise and diet modification.
