What Causes Night Sweats, Low BP, Chills And Fever In The Evenings?

My 68yr old mother is suffering from night sweats, low blood pressure in the mornings..also in the afternoons she gets chills & fever (upto 102 F). She had these problems the whole of february this year, she got better for a few days & now again for the last 3 days same symptoms. She went to an ID specialist also last month but nothing came up & she got better on her own. What could be the reason ?

she should take protein rich food. exclude uti. urine examination and if it is positive then culture and sensitivity. give most effective antibiotic. exclude diabetes. maintain hydration. she should improve in all respect.
