Hi,

Unfortunately there are no standardized reference ranges (RR) for most of the lab results. That means every labs has its own RRs. Therefore no doctor here can interpret your values without the RRs. However, your question is what causes the night sweats, shortness of breath and fatigue. Given the fact that you had a hysterectomy your symptoms indicate towards a hormonal imbalance.

So you have to see your gynecologist to have your hormone status tested. Don’t worry, with a hormone replacement therapy all your symptoms can be managed easily. Sometimes it takes some time until the doctor finds the right dosage and/or combination of different medical drugs. But rest assured that you will be fine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
