What Causes Nightfall Problem?

Hello,
My age is 22, height 5.11 and weight 58.
I have nightfall problem form 5 years. It happens 3-4 times in a month and i feel less energy when nightfall happened. I don't feel energetic in office and i want to gain weight. Will it effect in weight loss also.
please reply as soon as possible. I am too worry about this, Help me.

I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
