hi i am 22 years of age and i have problem to dischrge sperm as it automatically discharge at night sometimes when i am sleeping and i tried 2-3 time but it's not work only 1 time i dischrge and after trying my penis get swell for half an hour or and hour.is this a serious problem wat to do
