What Causes Nightmares And Nose Bleeding?
I have been having nightmares , and waking up crying / my boyfriend wakes me up because im screaming or crying , and i ve been having really bad nose bleeds aswell these past few days when i wake up .. is this serious or am i just stress? or could you explain why this could be happening?

Nose bleeding could be possible due to stress or high blood pressure or trauma. If there is no history of trauma, then may be due to anxiety or high blood pressure, you have nose bleeding. Better to stay calm and relax. In case, it persists, then you can consult a ENT specialist.
