What Causes Nipple Pain After Taking Plan B?

Hello, so my girlfriend took a plan b pill after an accident maybe two weeks ago, and her nipples have been hurting ever since, she says they normally never hurt at all even close to her period. Are they suppose to hurt this long after taking the pill because of a hormonal overload or what s going on?

Hi, I think it is happening because of the pill. It contains high doses of progesterone which can lead to pain. She cab take some pain killers. It will go away with time. Hope I have answered your question.
