What Causes Nipple Pain And Vaginal Discharge?

I last had my period march 12th and it lasted for about 2 weeks it was my first time getting a period since november of last year my periods are very irregular. Me and my hubby are trying for a baby since i had a miscarriage in 2008. Well for the past couple days my nipples have been hurting and yesterday i had a pain in my lower right side it lasted for a couple hours then it went away. it hurt so bad i couldnt stand my dogs jumping on me. i had alot of discharge alitle after my period but it hasnt been back any advice?
