What Causes No Appetite, Vomiting And Cramps?

I am in the middle of exam periods, which only last a week but for a couple of days I have been feeling like i might throw up, i am really hungry but have no appetite, and when i do eat, i feel full after 2 bites. I also get cramps and chills. I am only 14 so could it be stress?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Examination in itself causes anxiety .
Anxiety causes anorexia ( loss of appetite ) hyper acidity .
Hyper acidity produces nausea , loss of appetite and cramps and chills ( as all these symptoms , you are having).
I advise my patient some ENZYME preparation and take pantoprazole- D tablet ( once in day on empty stomach ) .
Stress of day to day life like examination is the main cause of these symptoms .
Since you are so young so try to don't take such stress .
Light food with liquid diet will improve .
In my opinion you don't require any consultation .
Good luck for exam.
