What Causes No Heart Beat Of Fetus During Scan?

hi, i am in very early pregnancy and went for a scan on tuesday the 9th september 2014 and they said i was measuring 6 weeks 3 days which is about right and the embryo has grown considerably and how they would expect since my last scan at 4 weeks 4 days. Although when i went for the scan at 6 weeks 3 days they could not see a heartbeat and said they should expect to see it by now. i am very worried. what is the chance my baby is going to be okay?

Generally babied heart beat are seen at 8 weeks. So please get a repeat scan by 2 weeks.
