What Causes No Period After Taking Plan B Pill?

I took the Plan B pill on Dec 2, 2010. About a week later I had some light brown bleeding and I have not had a period since. I have taken 5 pregnancy tests since then and they have all come back negative. What is going on? What are some possibilities of the missed periods?
