What Causes No Periods And Lower Right Abdominal In Teenager?

I have never had more than 5 periods sense i started my periods at age 14, im 18 now. I was diagnosed with pcos. I also have a digestive issue of some kind. My gallbladder was removed at age 16 due to 5%-0% functionability. I am now dealing with for several months now with several lower right abdominal pain. I have had diahrea sense my gall bladder was removed two years ago, but here recently im getting constipated. I have missed to much school to this and have had serveral sleepless nights because i just cannot sleep, but i am tired. Im tired all the time. Please tell me there is a connection to my yearly periods and my discomfort.
