What Causes No Periods Despite Removal Of Implanon?

Hello there, about 5 weeks and 4 days ago i had my implanon removed so me and my husband could try for a baby. I have done many tests and all show up negative but alos i have had to periods since having my implanon removed and rarely had them on the implanon. Is there something wron with me to as why i have no had a period and all pregnancy tests are negative or is it just normaly to not have periods for a while after removal of the implanon? please help
