I felt really sick 2 nights ago after a heavy night of drinking, i spent ages throwing up until i had nothing left inside of me to throw up but was continuously gagging anyway, since then ive not felt the need to pee at all, i went over 18 hours without even attempting to pee, and when I eventually did force myself there was only a tiny amount (no pain though, but it is the only time ive pee d in the last 34 hours) but i ve been drinking loads of water, my stomach now feels really hard and in alot of pain, when i lay down it hurts when i try to sit up. I was hoping i d wake up this morning and need to pee and not be in anymore pain , but I still dont need to go and my stomach is still killing me. what is wrong with me?
