What Causes No Vaginal Bleeding And No Abdominal Pain After Taking Unwanted 72?

Good morning doctor, I had unprotected sex with wife and my wife taken unwanted 72 within 23 hr because we have 2 children , but my wife has no bleeding upto now and also no pain in stomach. Is unwanted 72 working or not, After taking medicine for 15 mnts my wife was feeling abnormal symptom in her mouth but no voimet, plz prescribe me kam

I understand your concern.
Unwanted 72 is an emergency contraceptive pill. It needs to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
Based on the description, it appears that your partner has done the right thing by taking it by 23 hours of unprotected intercourse.
The pill would protect from pregnancy by causing withdrawal bleeding like periods within 3 weeks from the day of intake of the pill. What discomfort she felt after taking pill is side effect of the drug, which would eventually subside on its own.
In case she doesn't get periods within 3 weeks, she needs to seek medical attention immediately. The pill, however has a failure rate of 10 to 15%.
