What Causes Nodes In Rectal Area?

have a question regarding a node on rectum. Have external hemorrhoids after birth (12 years ago) these have never been an issue or discomfort. However not attractive. NOW, I noticed a new node that is in the rectal area but not connected to any of the existing hemorrhoids. This new one is smaller but red and protruding from the skin. What is this node and what can or needs to be done to get rid of this.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this might be two different condition described here like hemorrhoids and lesion on rectum but I think beside the hemorrhoid it must be some lymph node and that must be due to infection in my opinion this might be surgical condition still conservative treatment can be given like "Procresuline cream" and sitz bath, antibiotic like Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
