What Causes Nodule In Thyroid And Multiple Enlarged Cervical Lymph Nodes?

I have a 4mm nodule in my right side of my thyroid and multiple enlarged cervical lymph nodes which are indeterminate but likely reactive. They also found Mosaic attenuation of the lung apices likely on the basis of air trapping. These were found on my CT scan. What s up! I went in for a fall and sustained serious head trauma and now I requested my records transfer to another hospital because they also did an MRI of my spine and that MRI is what I needed and I found the CT scan they forgot to mention. What to do? What does it say?..

Thyroid Specialist 's  Response
Solitary or multiple nodules in the thyroid are seen in upto 40% of the symptomatic patients. Findings of enlarged cervical nodes is also a common finding. An FNAC or biopsy of the thyroid nodule rules out malignancy.
