General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to muscular spasms in the neck. I suggest using an anti-inflammatory cream for local application such as Voltaren cream. I also suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. Warm compresses can also be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
