What Causes Nodules On Vaginal Lips And Above Anus?

Recently had cellulitis on my face and neck. In hospital 4 days for antibotic and will finish home antibotics tomorrow. Yesterday had soreness in vaginal area and could feel 5 separate small nodules on vagina lips and above rectum. Could this be cellulitis or just lymph nodes enlarged. No problem other than soreness with them
