What Causes Non Allergic Rhinitis Along With Dry Mouth?

I suffer from non allergic rhinitis and it is ruining my quality of life. The medicine I take to help with the symptoms cause dry mouth. I am desperate for answers and help with this problem. Is there a surgery that can help with this problem?
I am currently taking donnatol (it has a drying agent in it) and atrovent nasal spray 4 times daily. Sometime it works and sometime it does not. I also take salogen for dry mouth caused by the other medications.
I am a mess and desperate for help.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Vasomotor Rhinitis or non allergic rhinitis and it can also be due to side effects of medicines that you are taking along with dry mouth..
There is no specific cure for this disorder and the symptoms can be controlled by avoiding triggering factors..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to do nasal irrigation, Steroid nasal spray, and also can refer you to your treating physician to adjust the dose of medicines that you are taking to reduce the severity of symptoms..
Also avoid exposure to dust and pollution, avoid smoking, limit use of perfumes, room sprays and disinfectants..
For Dry mouth chew sugar free chewing gum and tart candies along with using Salogen..
Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy food ..
Gargle with specialized mouthwash formulated for Dry mouth patients like Biotene..
