What Causes Non Stop Bleeding During Menstruation?

Hi I m 46 years. This time my menstrual period does not stopped. I got non stop bleeding since more than 45 days. I consulted with doctor and did biopsy. Impression of biopsy: Disorderly proliferative endometrium Negative for hyperplasia and malignancy I was given deviry 10 mg tab for 7 days and come for TAH BSO Is there no ways to stop without above operation ?
