What Causes Nose Bleed And Blood Clot After Using Nasacort And Epinephrine?

I have developed an oozing bleed in my nose on one septum and i lose a small blood clot about every day.. i am sure it is a result of the nose sprays that i have been prescirbed..Nasocort and an epinephrine OTC for control of my seasonal asthma. Should i be treating it?

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of bleeding per nose is matter of concern and it needs to be found out, if this is the nasal polyp then it will be matter of concern and may needs surgery hope this information helps.
