I have a nose bleed every time I blow my nose and every time I have to spit like as if something is stuck in my throat, however I had the flu black in February. the flu last for a full month.. Possible causes are: 1. Nasal pricking. 2. Hypertension. 3. Sinusitis. 4. Polyps. 5. Anti platelet drugs. 6. Dry climates.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Apply pressure for 10 seconds. Avoid vigorous blowing of the nose. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will do nasal endoscopy and treat you accordingly.
