I am sorry for the nose bleeding, headache and fever you are experiencing. In such cases, we recommend to measure your blood pressure (BP). If it is normal, and depending on your current location, all these symptoms are suggestive of possible infectious disease (most probably hemorrhagic fever).
So, to me, you do not underestimate, but seek immediate medical help by your primary first and then consult infectious disease specialist in order to run a few diagnostic tests and start immediate treatment. Meanwhile, keep well hydrated, and take paracetamol for the headache.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
