As per your complain nose bleed after playing dodgeball can be due to excessive vigorous movements or traumatic injury to the nasal blood vessels leading to rupture of blood vessels and causing bleeding..
Pain and restricted painful movement of the thumb and painful elbow can be due to wear and tear of the muscle fibres due to too much movement caused during playing..
If the nasal bleeding has subsided it is fine but in case if there are recurring episodes of severe bleeding then you should immediately see an emergency room or ENT Physician and get evaluated and treatment can be done according to the cause..
For pain in thumb and elbow you can take a combination of anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen and chlorzoxasone and along with it apply muscle relaxant spray or gel.. If does not get better consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
