What Causes Nose Bleeding And Dizziness?

my sister keeps on getting nosbleeds randomly by a soft touch of the nose sitting up after a nap she keeps getting dizzy she sas that her back hurts from the top of her neck to the bottom of her back also she has been feeling very weak and has been sleeping very often through out the day and for a long time do these symptoms link together? what is the problem? is it serious? how can it be cured?

Hello,

It may be due to Dry nose.

For further assessment you may require blood sugar level, blood pressure monitoring, complete hemogram after ENT consultation.

You can use nasal saline drops locally.

During bleeding pinch nose for 10 minutes and never lie down.

Avoid hot and humid environment.

Use humidifier
